A well designed space serves you, and reflects you.
We believe your home should do more than look beautiful - it should support your lifestyle, inspire you, and tell your story. From the ceiling paint down to the baseboards, every detail matters. That means balancing function with feeling, tailoring each detail to how you live, and creating an environment that feels unmistakably yours. Our designs are guided by respect for your routines, your tastes, and the architecture of the house itself - resulting in spaces that are both livable and deeply personal.
MEET MADDI
Owner and Principal Designer: Maddi Stevens
I'm a California girl at heart - born and raised in San Diego. I left the West Coast for Fort Worth to study Interior Design at TCU. After graduation, I stayed in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to launch my career in residential construction and design.
In 2020, my husband bought a home in DFW, marking the start of our personal remodeling journey. Though I had been designing for others, living through a renovation of my own lit a new fire in me. It gave me an even deeper appreciation for the process, and the itch to build something of my own.
That opportunity came when we relocated to Connecticut for my husband’s job. There, we bought the sweetest 1948 Cape Cod and remodeled it from top to bottom - much of it with our own hands. That project sparked a deeper passion for creating intentional, livable spaces and laid the foundation for Stevens Interiors.
After a year and a half in New England, we made our way back down South to Florida. Here I’m continuing to grow Stevens Interiors and work with clients who value both beauty and function in their homes.
We’re currently working on our third personal remodel - follow along here to see it come to life.
Your home should be more than magazine worthy. It should be a true reflection of you.
I’ve always had a deep passion for understanding how a space can either support you or hold you back. I was that kid constantly rearranging her bedroom, fascinated by how a new furniture layout could shift your daily rhythm, or how a change in color could completely alter your mood.
At the start of my career, I worked on remodels in the historic neighborhoods of Fort Worth. There’s something special about restoring a home to its former glory - diving into a specific time period and honoring its story. That process taught me the value of preserving character while designing for modern life.
My passion for design has deepened as I lived through my own remodels. Experiencing firsthand the emotional side of the process: the decisions, the disruption, the transformation - giving me a new perspective as the homeowner. I also love the sustainability behind remodeling - respecting the lives a home has already held, while helping it evolve to serve it’s next chapter (you).
At the same time, I’m equally inspired by new construction - the opportunity to design something entirely yours from the ground up. Creating a home tailored to every facet of your life is a privilege, and one that deserves intentionality and care.
I started Stevens Interiors to create homes that feel intentional, lived-in, and deeply personal. Details matter - not only the aesthetic, but how it functions and how it makes you feel. That’s the kind of design that lasts. That’s my why.
